Some Foods that Help Fight Acne


A healthy diet plan that is sure to offer an effective solution for managing bad skin. Avocado

Pumpkin Seeds
Pumpkin seeds are a great option for adding more zinc to the daily diet. Zinc deficiency can lead to a weakened immune system, which means the chances of catching an infection is higher. Thus, with increasing zinc in the diet, it is possible to protect the skin and prevent flare ups associated with bacterial invasion.
