By drinking a cup of coffee every day, the likelihood of developing Alzheimer's disease that can lead to dementia later in life decreases. In addition, studies have shown that caffeine in coffee increases the level of neurotransmitters in the brain such as dopamine, which is responsible for motor movements. Therefore, the early onset of Parkinson's disease is greatly reduced.

Coffee may help prevent liver cirrhosis and diabetes type 2. Excessive alcohol consumption can lead to cirrhosis of the liver, liver failure and cancer. Drink at least a cup of coffee every day can help reduce the likelihood of having liver cirrhosis. Coffee does have many benefits for the body beautiful. However, remember that everything is taken over has considerable consequences. Drinking more than the normal amount of caffeine that is needed by the body can lead to increased heart rate, anxiety attacks and blood pressure.
