One of the most popular healthy beverage in the world today is green tea. This tea has been around for thousands of years, but the ritual of drinking there until today. It is common knowledge that drinking green tea regularly is very beneficial to keep your body healthy. The Chinese and Japanese are known to be the first to drink healthy drinks, but now, there is a green tea drinkers around the world. This shows that many people believe that they will benefit of drinking green tea regularly.
It's kind of tea is said to help stop the disease, and at the same time, it is believed to help those who are trying to lose weight. It is known to help the body burn extra calories every time someone drinks it. Thermogenesis is a term used by medical experts to explain the phenomenon is far from fat burning through heat production in the body. This tea has been found to induce thermogenesis in people who drink it and thus burn an extra 70-80 calories per day. This has been very helpful because someone just had to drink green tea, but his body is going to burn extra calories.

But the study, said that the green tea works better when coupled with exercise and a healthy diet. It is a healthy drink and there are many benefits when people drink often. It is still important to remember though, that this tea supports the body when trying to lose weight. Diet can also try this drink for a leaner body. Weight loss may not be immediate and drastic (for example, lost two pounds the next day), however, it helps.
