Vegetarian Diet Food


There are many diets that can be recommended. However, according to the Rev. George H. Malkmus, creator and supporter of the Hallelujah diet, balanced diet without animal protein, should consist of fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and the like. The Hallelujah diet completely remove the "five white substance" - which is a cow's milk, refined sugar, refined flour, salt; as well as animal fats - from daily food intake. Vegetarian diet food can be replaced with:

1. Plants from milk, rice milk or milk for example, banana cream,
2. Honey to taste,
3. Wholegrain flour,
4. Sea salt to taste, and
5. The plant-derived oils - examples are coconut oil, olive oil.

The daily menu will look like this:

Breakfast
Eat only fresh fruits, or vegetables or fresh fruit juice extracted - no baked or cooked food is allowed before noon. Fruits and fruit juices digest easily and energizers and body cleanser. Certain categories of people such as diabetes and cancer patients should avoid fruits until advised. Also, people on certain medications should consult with their doctor because some fruit can interfere with their drugs. Vegetable juice is better for them such as carrot juice or vegetable juice blends.

Lunch
For lunch eat cooked recommended and will include grains. However, it is a good idea to eat some raw salad without chemical additives (salad cream) before eating cooked. These foods can be replaced with dinner.

Dinner
For dinner a big bowl of salad of raw vegetables in. Salad dressing can be made at home with the help of a good salad dressing recipe books available in the market. Mayonnaise is made from eggs, oil, and additives that do not help. You can use vegenaise of not mayonnaise. Large salad of raw vegetables should help you can afford.
