You must have often heard that the earphones can damage your hearing, earphone dangers is not a secret anymore, but do you know how, and if so why do people still use it; well you know what is written on cigarette packets, but people still smoke!
A recent study by scientists say that even an hour listening through earphones can cause permanent hearing loss in five years. If you think five years is a long time but consider this; if you listen for hours over a five day may very well turn into one. It is common among people to avoid and completely ignore the dangers that are not directly. But listening to the minimum volume can reduce the risk, so how loud is too loud?
The highest volume on your device is definitely dangerous. People who have a habit of listening to music on the train and public places are crowded usually tend to listen to high volumes at risk of deafness.
There are people jogging and exercising with earphones plugged without realizing that while exercise has health benefits devices on their ears are a health hazard! Do not put your ear to the risk to avoid the noise and chatter of normal human beings; a few minutes of patience will allow you the pleasure of a lifetime listening to music. Earphones most damaging are those of the "ear bud" because of their design directs sound toward the eardrum so that the people next to you do not have the disorder but may harm overwhelming for you.
Teens have very sensitive hearing, and they are the group most use earphones bring trouble hearing at an early age. In the UK at least two of the three people listening to music at high volume; some above 85 decibels and the United States has seen an increase in hearing loss among children from 13 million in 1970 staggering figure of more than 30 million. This phenomenon is fast catching up in all developing countries in the world as well.
It is the responsibility of all people who have this knowledge to educate others who do not have a clue as to the type of health hazards they put themselves into.
