Get Energy and Perfect Health


Fatigue has become epidemic. Most people feel tired every few hours. And thus the industry billions of dollars stimulant running to provide the fuel we feel lost. Whether it's tea, coffee, Red-bull, sports drinks, etc., they are all that is needed is not to the taste or health, but to keep us charged.

Just think about the fact that tea or coffee almost a century or two years for most parts of the world. Humans have a tougher life before it and have never felt the need to be a stimulant. Please understand that addiction is just marketing gimmicks. Commercial Mafia thrive and grow only if we are stupid, ill and addicted to them. Marketing scams would want us to believe in all of the waste they generate, and will use every moment of our attention to deceive us - TV, newspapers, advertisements, billboards, music, radio, etc.

However, here are some tips to get energy and perfect health which is very good for you to be worn all day without taking recourse to this stimulant that just make you addicted and race faster to old age. They include both should and should not do. Try them at least for 2 weeks and see the changes. Use any tips that you feel worthy for you now and share your feedback with us all.

If you find this effectively, share the good news around and help others get rid of the pitfalls of marketing as well.

Some of these tips may sound too simple or insignificant, but evidence in the sense of her meal. Test itself.

Water
Drink lots and lots of water (unless you have a medical condition that prohibits you from it). Make sure the water is not cold and close to body temperature. Drink at least 2 liters of water a day. Avoid water for an hour before and after meals.

Do not drink water during the meal. If you feel dry in the throat, you can taste no more than a quarter of a glass of water in total.

Drink one liter of water first thing in the morning. It is separate from the 2 liters you should drink during the day. Drink before committing to the toilet. Hold back until you are finished with one liter of water. For better results, you can create a little warm water. Add a dash of lemon or honey if you fit. Do not drink a lot of water in the last hour of you go to bed.

Television
Just stop watching the idiot box. Not only foolish but dangerous as well. The less you watch TV more energetic and smart you will feel. Optimize it.

Creating a rule to not watch TV for at least 2 hours before bedtime and 4 hours after waking. This is the worst scenario. More you watch TV closer to your time for sleep, nearer you approach your agedness. Go to sleep while watching TV only if you hate yourself!

Even if you have to watch TV, avoid shifting channels. Flicker dumbs mind and increase fatigue.
Make sure you take a break from staring at the screen. Do not get hung up on the screen.

Sleep

  • Take enough sleep
  • Do not change the timing of sleep often.
  • Do not sleep under a high-speed fan. Lower the fan speed
  • Avoid sleeping in a cold environment. Fresh air is the best. But in case you need to sleep in air-conditioning, set the temperature not below 27-28 degrees Celsius.
  • Meditate for 10 minutes before bedtime. First sitting in the lotus position and take some deep breaths. Then give yourself a positive vibe. Creating a positive resolution. Thank God and meditate for a while. We will discuss the art of meditation in the next post. Then go to sleep.
  • Do not sleep directly on the back or stomach. Always sleep on one side.
  • Do not fold your legs tightly during sleep. Keep your body relaxed and straight.
  • Avoid sleeping during the day. If you are sleepy or tired, 20-minute nap after lunch hour is enough.
  • Make a habit of thanking God for another chance to make a good effort, the first thing when you wake up.

The Food

  • Say no to spicy, greasy, foul, dirty food.
  • Avoid meat and eggs. They are not food for those who seek happiness in life.
  • Do not drink cold drinks, beverage packaging, food packaging, bakery products, chocolate and homemade food, except for the prevention of death.
  • Eating non-spicy, simple, natural nutritious food.
  • Make a habit of taking a few grams of powder trifala day once with water, either in the evening or early morning.
  • Eating sprouts each morning in the breakfast area
  • Try sucking on a piece of 'Baal Harad' (Small Harad) after meals. This is a great digestion and reverse the aging process.
  • Say no to tea, coffee, tobacco, alcohol, narcotics, etc. Your body just does not need it. Within a few days, you will realize how much more energetic you really deserve to be, when you have to replace things that do not need the tips listed here and in the next post.
  • The food is a deep subject. 

Miscellaneous
There is no parallel to Brahmacharya. Simply put, it means avoiding even thinking about lust or sex in any form or rough -subtle. For the people of the West, it might seem that this would rob all the happiness of life. That is really the opposite. Only when you stop feeding yourself with garbage, nectar can be presented to you. Practice just trying to control the minds of the various attacks sensuality is the energy process. There is a saying that is easy to show courage in the one-off war. But the one who controls the senses for 24 hours, 365 days without stopping is a true warrior.
The practice of Brahmacharya and get the following benefits:

  • Source of inexhaustible energy - warrior like attitude - long disease-free life - a sense of purpose and direction - the highest bliss and happiness

  • Avoid the use of mobile phones, earphones and iPod as far as possible. They are the worst energy drainers today.
  • Avoid listening to loud music. Take time to listen to music in.
  • Dreaming big, big plans and great effort. Looking for life science, goals, mission, desperate. Nothing is more energy.
