Some Foods that Help Fight Acne

Avocado

A good source of vitamin C helps the healthy formation of elastin wall, collagen, and cells that increase the body's natural healing properties. Carrots are loaded with beta-carotene which is converted to vitamin A when ingested. Vitamin A is one of the most effective antioxidants to help improve skin cells healthy and texture. Other major sources of these nutrients include melon, red peppers, sweet potatoes, and tomatoes.

Pumpkin Seeds
Pumpkin seeds are a great option for adding more zinc to the daily diet. Zinc deficiency can lead to a weakened immune system, which means the chances of catching an infection is higher. Thus, with increasing zinc in the diet, it is possible to protect the skin and prevent flare ups associated with bacterial invasion. Steps Should be Done and Avoided to Control Acne


Acne is a skin infection that affects the sebaceous glands that produce for the development of blackheads, pimples, whiteheads and red inflamed growth. It is most common in adolescents when the sebaceous glands are most active.

It occurs when the hair follicles, which helps in the removal of secretions and lubricate the skin, blocked. This causes toxins, oil and bacteria to build up under the skin surface. Finally broke.
