Cause of Insomnia


In broad terms, insomnia refers to the difficulties experienced in sleep or maintaining restoring / refreshing sleep. This is a topic of great debate whether the cause of insomnia. Do disorder, causes or symptoms of insomnia, the following will be described here.

Alcohol and Insomnia
