What are the causes of stomach pains? Here are tips to avoid heartburn.

1. Try not to lie down after dinner
After a good dinner is important to give yourself some time to digest because when you lie down, you only eat foods mix with certain stomach acid that helps break it down scientifically proven to occasionally mix in the esophagus and cause heartburn.

2. Try to relax and reduce stress in your life

3. Try to avoid certain drinks
It's best to drink alcohol in moderation because it has been proven to improve the symptoms of heartburn. Other types of drinks can cause heartburn and the best way to ensure it does not cause an increase in symptoms is the time that you take to finish a drink to spread.

4. Try to spread out your meal throughout the day
Eating many small meals throughout the day has been shown to cause an increase in energy and also reduce the symptoms of heartburn because the digestive system to have more time means less heartburn, especially at night. It also allows for a lot of time every day before going to bed to digest.

5. Try to use moderation with certain drinks
Some beverages like alcohol can cause a buildup of stomach acid that causes heartburn particular. Using this drink in moderation and the time it takes to complete spread each can allow your digestive system naturally avoid heartburn. There are other non-alcoholic beverages which may contribute to heartburn and it would be better to use it in moderation.

6. Try chewing gum at bedtime
This is a great way to reduce the symptoms for a quick blast. Saliva is made of chewing gum can actually counteract some stomach acid that causes heartburn.

7. Try to eat more slowly
Eating too quickly can cause a rapid build up of stomach acid that causes heartburn. Spread eating for long periods of time will allow for your digestive system to actually process the food you eat with ease. This is especially important during the dinner when certain foods that cause heartburn has more digestible material. It is also possible to experience a better dinner.
