True Happiness

Life is not really sweet at most times. Often, when it seems like the world just gets too much, I look around and find people who continue to live interesting and beautiful. And then the thought came into my mind from almost everywhere. I questioned with envy how their lives could eventually become so very sweet and happy. Why are they still can manage to laugh and playful despite a busy stressful life?

Then I stopped and observed that perhaps, they begin to deal with anything from inside. So is it not possible that to be truly happy, one needs to love yourself first?

There is no doubt that true happiness refers to satisfaction. When you are satisfied with the job you have, how you appear to the world and to your friends, where you live, the vehicle you drive, and all other things which now have, then you can be happy.

When we discovered that the mysterious something that takes the form of a place within ourselves, can ultimately lead to a new mindset, and new actions. But if you keep questioning life, as it has never done any good, you will never have the ability to go beyond your shortcomings and find true happiness.

I truly believe that life is about learning what is right and wrong, fail and try, winning and losing. It is a natural and important experience for failure in one's life that needed to be a stronger person.

However this should not prevent us from ending happily. Every time you put in the effort to improve the quality of life and your very existence, whether it's cleaning your room, helping a friend, or take care of your sick dog, life provides you with insight into a more compassionate.

Think of life as a big score board, and every time you go forward, you make more points. Would not it be nice to see the board at the end of each period of time and thought to yourself that you at least got a point today?

True happiness is not about driving luxury vehicles are the most popular, or get employee of the year award, or beat the sales target in the workplace. Sometimes, the most searched for prizes in life does not always go to the fastest, biggest, boldest, or even the best.

Everyone has their own definition of being happy. Happiness for a writer may mean introducing many best-selling books as possible, while the beggars might suggest a lot of cash, or for a business person might imply the success of the organization.

So how do we end up being really happy?

You do not really need to have the best stuff in the world. It is about doing and making the best of every thing. When you find yourself smiling at your own mistake and inform yourself that you will do much better next time, you are then brought forward, given the strength to stand firm. When you learn to accept yourself and your own mistakes, then you are well on the way to be truly happy.

Most people in the world understand that laughter is the best medicine for the pain of living and nasty challenge. Happiness embed lots and lots of laughter, so what are you waiting on? Start living life and become ambassadors in the world where everyone is trying to happiness authentic.
