A healthy body, a healthy brain? Well, it seems so. Research has shown a direct correlation between keeping your body healthy and your brain health. And, while the healthy brain is not necessarily prolong life, it is convinced that keeping your brain healthy guarantee a better quality of life. If the health of the brain that is important to you, here are some tips to help you keep your brain in tip top condition.
Caring for Your Body - Managing your weight, cholesterol and blood pressure. Eat a balanced diet and exercise regularly. Ignoring your body will surely take its toll on your brain, too.
