Most people think that all of the recipes come from Michelin star chef or derived from some distant ancestor. Not only that but if you even consider creating your own recipe, you will have to go through years of trial and error or training in the woods with some sort of cooking sensei.

What if I told you that with a little planning and knowledge of simple diet, that you can easily make healthy meals for you and your family? Do you believe? Read on.

Healthy Recipe Tip 1 - Planning is everything!
The thing that separates the average and amazing cook just planning. Taking a few minutes each week to plan meals for the next few days can make a big, and I mean a big difference.

Healthy Recipe Tip 2 - Steal!
There are thousands of recipe books, websites and blogs full of fantastic recipes. Keep all these recipes in one place and when it comes to shopping for your next week / month, you can choose recipes that interest you and add their ingredients to your shopping list.

Healthy Recipe Tip 3 - Cut the fat!
Now it's time for you to get creative. Unless the recipe that you have sourced super healthy, now your mission to take the ingredients that are not healthy, and both swap them with healthy alternatives or change the method in which they are cooked fried ingredients that can be grilled, etc. Even if they're super healthy, do not afraid to swap things that do not like things you do!

Healthy Recipe Tip 4 - Be brave!
Now we have a healthy alternative to the recipe that you like, wild and add any material (healthy of course!) That you like and throw them into the mix. The idea is that you will begin to understand really quickly what works together and what does not.

Experiment with herbs and spices is a great way to start, this may add a dollop of some chili casserole to the next and see how it changes the taste.

Healthy Recipe Tip 5 - Practice makes perfect!
I know that at the beginning of this article I said that you do not have to suffer years of trial and error to be able to make your recipe. It is true! However, do not expect to get it right all the time. If you follow the above tips, you will make more winners from failure, you have to do is stay clear on what you and the people you will be cooking for like and the sky is the limit!
