Yoga Eye Exercises


It is a known fact that the face of the computer all day can cause tension and stress in the eye that can lead to eye redness, blurriness, headaches, and blurred vision. If we spend hours facing our screens, it will restrict the movement of our eyes which can cause the eye to lose their strength and flexibility.
To prevent eye complications, we need to do an exercise like we do with our minds and bodies. Here are a few yoga eye exercises to reduce stress and tension, and develop healthy eye mobilization.

You need to do this by putting yourself in a relaxed state. Start by taking a deep breath, focus on the eye and calm. Move your focus up, began to carry out the movement up and down with your eyes and focus on their movement and feel the movement as you repeat this. After ten repetitions, bring your eye to the center and shut them down for 30 seconds.
