Ginger Tea
To relieve sore throat due to a cold ginger tea or morning sickness is the best and most healthy form of natural treatment. Like many other things homemade, ginger tea is better done at home rather than purchased in stores in the form of tea bags.
Instead of buying more store bought soda or iced tea, add some lemon juice and honey to your ginger tea makes a great health drink hot and warm. Whether it makes it own or you can buy organic tea.
Below is a procedure to make your own homemade tea,
1. Buying ginger around 2-21 / 2 inches long. It will make you about two cups of tea. First you will need to peel the ginger and then grate it. You can also cut in thin slices ginger if you do not want to scar it.
2. Enter grated or sliced ginger in water and put to boil. When the water is boiling tea is ready to drink! You can choose to filter pieces or you can keep them in your teacup and just waiting for them to settle.
3. Then you can add the extras that are usually added to a cup of regular tea, such as lemon and honey, plus tea bags depending on taste.
Tip - for best results and most extract boil for approximately ten to twenty minutes.
You can drink ginger only for simple pleasures, or to cure anything from the common cold and cough for serious stomach problems.
