Studies show that a small amount of 16 milligrams per day is enough to be carcinogenic. Popular nearby cola chocolate contains about 200 micrograms per 20 ounces.
Aging increases
All soft drinks containing phosphoric acid and phosphates. It is a weak acid is responsible for providing a sharp taste to drink and also to increase the shelf life of the product. A large amount of phosphoric acid can cause some problems such as heart and kidney disease, osteoporosis, loss of muscle and accelerated aging.
Increased risk of diabetes
Consuming soda regularly interfere with the body's ability to process sugar. Soft drinks contain artificial sweeteners that affect metabolic activity.
