2. Try to replace your negative thoughts about your personality with a positive, for example, "I am perfectly with all the quirks and shortcomings me" or "I am loveable in my own unique way."

3. Do not isolate yourself from people, even if you feel the urge to do so. You have to put yourself out there, even if you are not willing to do so. It will help you find the love and support that you really deserve.

4. If you are in an unhealthy relationship, break off. You do not need people in your life who drag you down.

5. Enrich your current relationship with the people who support you. Even if you only have one person in your life, nurture your relationship with them. Do not spoil what you can offer to your support network.

6. Grow your social network. Online site for social connections can help you meet people who share your thoughts or hobby and you can build your network that way.
