Hypnosis for Weight Loss


Let's be clear about this. What you do is controlled by your brain. Mind is responsible for the body. It is a simple concept that we all understand. Perform this process at least three times.
10. Remember every help the mind 'old'. Replace it with a new, more useful thoughts. 14. When you are ready, slowly return to the normal state of consciousness and open your eyes.

This whole process should take somewhere between 10 and 30 minutes.

When you have done this several times using anchors that you created (touch the thumb and forefinger, or relaxation in your body or phrase) whenever you need to feel and think the way you want. Make sure the thoughts and emotions enough to cope with the situation; if they do not then you will need to practice self hypnosis more often or get professional help.

I suggest you practice this procedure about once a day for a week and then about once or twice a week until you are sure that the new thoughts, feelings and behaviors are secure.

Change the thoughts, feelings and actions through hypnosis is easy once you have practiced a few times.
